This Privacy Policy describes how Adorsho Pranisheba ("We", "Us", "Our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when You use APS Cattle (Flutter package name pranisheba), the livestock and farm management mobile application published on Google Play.

APS Cattle helps You manage farms and cattle: authentication, farm and cow records, camera-based capture, muzzle image verification ("find cow"), maps and location selection for farms, user profile, settings, and optional in-app update prompts when a newer store version is available. Data You enter is synchronized with Our backend API over HTTPS.

Definitions

• Application or App means APS Cattle.
• Company ("We", "Us", "Our") means Adorsho Pranisheba, the operator of APS Cattle.
• Service means the App, the backend services that store and process Your data (including servers reachable via Our API), and related support.
• Personal Data means information that identifies You or can reasonably be linked to You.
• You means the person using the App.

Information We Collect

Account and authentication information

• Login identifier (username) and password You submit at sign-in; credentials are verified by Our servers. The App stores access and refresh tokens in secure device storage and does not retain Your password in plain text on the device.
• Access and refresh tokens and related session data stored on the device using secure storage, so the App can keep You signed in and refresh Your session.
• Profile details returned by Our servers after authentication, such as name, email, username, role, account status, and geographic assignments (for example upazila assignments) associated with Your account.
• A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token may be sent to Our servers at login (for example as fcm_token) so We can deliver push notifications on supported devices, primarily on Android.

Information You provide or generate in the App

• Farm and cattle records You create or edit, including identifiers, notes, and operational or herd-related data handled by the Service.
• Photos and images from the camera or gallery when You capture or select media for cow records, cropping, or muzzle verification features.
• Location data when You use map or location-related features (for example picking or viewing farm or cattle-related locations), as permitted by the location permissions You grant.
• Language or UI preferences stored locally (for example Bengali or English) where applicable.

Device and technical information

• Device and operating system information typically included in network requests, push notification registration, and map SDK usage as needed for the Service to function.
• Network and connectivity-related signals may be used to handle API requests and offline or retry behavior.
• In development builds only, HTTP request and response metadata may be logged in-app for debugging; this is not intended for end-user production diagnostics unless explicitly enabled by Your build.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and improve APS Cattle and the backend Service;
• Authenticate You, maintain Your session, and protect account security;
• Store and display farms, cattle, and related records You manage in the App;
• Send or display push notifications on Android where You have granted notification permission and FCM is available;
• Show maps and location features using Google Maps and the device location when You use those features;
• Check for app updates and, when appropriate, prompt You to update from the store;
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

Backend, third-party services, and processors

The App communicates with Our REST API (documented in the project as hosted under the shurjohms.com mobile API path). Your account and app data are processed and stored on Our systems and infrastructure as part of that Service.

We also rely on service providers, including:

• Google Firebase (for example Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications), subject to Google's and Firebase's terms and privacy documentation;
• Google Maps Platform for map display and location-related features, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and applicable Maps terms.

These providers may process limited technical or device information as part of delivering their services. We do not sell Your personal data.

Data storage and security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (such as HTTPS for API calls) and sensitive tokens on the device (secure storage). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; We work to follow reasonable practices appropriate to the Service.

Sharing of information

We do not sell Your personal data.

We may share information with service providers who assist Us in hosting, notifications (including FCM and related infrastructure), maps, or security, bound by confidentiality and only as needed to operate the Service.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Our users, the Service, or others.

Permissions (Android)

Depending on the features You use, the App may request permissions such as: internet access; camera; approximate or precise location; read access to images (including photo picker / media read on supported Android versions); storage access on older Android versions where still applicable; and post notifications (Android 13+) for push alerts. You can control or revoke many permissions in the device settings; some features may not work without them.

Google Play

This policy is published to meet Google Play transparency requirements for the APS Cattle listing, including how data is collected, used, and how users may contact Us about their account or data.

Retention

We retain information for as long as Your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. After account deletion, We delete or anonymize personal data except where retention is required by law.

Account and data deletion

You may request closure of Your account or deletion of personal data associated with Your use of APS Cattle by contacting Us using the email or phone number below. We will respond in line with applicable law and Our internal processes. Some information may be retained where the law requires or permits (for example minimal billing or security logs).

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If You believe We have collected such information, contact Us so We can delete it.

International users

Your information may be processed in countries where We or Our providers operate. Where required, We take steps appropriate to the transfer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when We post revisions. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
